1. High-voltage windings use copper wire, and low-voltage windings use copper wire or copper foil wound. Epoxy resin is addedunder vacuum conditions for solid cylindrical integral formation after curing, with high mechanical strength and low partialdischarge, ensuring high reliability.
2.Flame retardant, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, the insulation materials of the coil conductors have selfextinguish-ing characteristics, preventing arc generation due to short circuits, and the resin does not produce toxic and harmful gases underhigh heat.
3.The coil does not absorb moisture, and the core clamps have a special anti-corrosion protective layer, which can operate in 100%relative humidity and other harsh environments without intermittent operation for dehumidification.4.High short-circuit and lightning surge withstand levels.
5.The resin layers inside and outside the coil are thin, with good heat dissipation performance. The cooling method generally usesnaturalair cooling (AN). For transformers of any protection level, an air-cooling system (AF) can be installed to increase short -timeoverload capacity and ensure safe operation.
